• For all scuba diving courses, you are eligible for a full refund of the deposit payment if you cancel at least 72 hours before the start of the course.
• For all fun diving and discover scuba diving activities, you are eligible for a full refund of the deposit payment if you cancel at least 24 hours before the start of the activity.
• For all technical diving activities, you are eligible for a full refund of the deposit payment if you cancel at least one week before the start of the activity.
• Any cancellation after the indicated point in time results in a loss of the deposit payment.
• Exceptions:
  • Weather conditions: If the harbor authorities close the harbor and forbid in-water activities due to dangerous weather conditions, you can choose between rescheduling or receiving a full refund of the deposit payment.
  • Getting sick: If health conditions do not allow you to dive and the cancellation period has passed, and you present a valid medical sickness certificate, you are eligible for a full refund of the deposit payment, or you can reschedule your activity.
